VIP Flight Attendant
Jet Aviation Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated VIP Flight Attendant to join a dynamic Part 91 Flight Department in the Los Angeles, California area. Responsibilities:
The VIP Flight Attendant is responsible for:
- Providing an exceptional level of personal service to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
- Greeting passengers and assisting with their personal belongings.
- Explaining the use of safety equipment and serving food and beverages with a high level of presentation.
- Directing and assisting passengers in emergency situations.
- Verifying the working order of first aid kits and emergency equipment.
- Securing the cabin according to federal regulations prior to takeoff and landing.
- Administering basic first aid, including CPR and AED.
- Reassuring passengers during turbulence or other unusual events.
- Assisting passengers during boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs.
- Performing preflight briefings.
- Ensuring adequate supplies of food, beverages, blankets, reading material, and emergency equipment.
- Facilitating and managing VIP passenger requests for food and drinks.
- Shopping for and stocking requested items for passengers.
- Preparing food for passengers and crew.
- Inspecting, cleaning, and stocking the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck.
- Ensuring the aircraft is consistently prepared for flight.
- Completing preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork.
- Conducting cabin checks to ensure passenger comfort and maintain cleanliness.
- Operating audio and video systems.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations is essential.
- Current First Aid Training Certification is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant is necessary.
- Flight attendant-specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or a similar accredited institution is preferred; annual recurrent training is required. Candidates without formal training may be considered but must complete an initial flight attendant training course prior to flight assignment. Preference is given to candidates who have completed FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar training within the past 12 months.

- Must be technologically proficient.
- Flexibility and patience are required.
- Culinary skills and culinary-specific training are preferred.
- The ability to manage a constantly changing schedule and late-night flights is necessary.
- Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide is required.
- Proficiency in operating all features of Cabin Management Systems and galley equipment is essential.
- Must be able to operate all cabin features, including berthing seats and converting the divan into a bed.
