VIP Flight Attendant – Part 91 Flight Department – Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:
This role demands exceptional personal service, ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight. Specific duties include:
- Providing pre-flight and in-flight briefings to passengers.
- Assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and personal belongings, providing particular attention to those with special needs (children, elderly, disabled individuals).
- Demonstrating proficiency in the use of all safety equipment and ensuring the proper functionality of emergency equipment (first aid kits, fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles).
- Administering basic first aid, including CPR and AED, as needed.
- Addressing passenger concerns and providing reassurance during unexpected events (e.g., turbulence).
- Maintaining the highest standards of cabin cleanliness, including the galley, lavatories, and flight deck, after each leg of the flight.
- Ensuring adequate supplies of food, beverages, blankets, bedding, reading materials, and emergency equipment are onboard at all times.
- Catering to the VIP passenger's needs, which includes fulfilling special requests for food and beverages and procuring any necessary items.
- Preparing and serving meals and beverages for passengers and crew.
- Operating audio/video systems and cabin management systems.
- Securing the cabin according to Federal Aviation Regulations before takeoff and landing.
- Completing all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork.
- Proactively managing cabin cleanliness and passenger comfort during flight.
Qualifications and Certifications:
Candidates must possess:
- A minimum of five years of experience as a corporate flight attendant.
- Completion of First Aid training.
- A thorough understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Completion of flight attendant training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or a comparable institution (annual recurrent training is required). Candidates without formal training may be considered based on equivalent experience, but initial training must be completed prior to commencing flight duties. Preference will be given to candidates with training completed within the past 12 months.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong emphasis on detail.
- Proven culinary skills and preferred culinary training.
- Technological proficiency.
- Demonstrated flexibility, patience, and the ability to manage a demanding, and often irregular schedule, including late-night flights.
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally (candidates must consider health and visa requirements).
- Proficiency in operating all cabin features, including berthing seats and divan conversion.
- Proficiency in operating all galley equipment.
