VIP Flight Attendant - Full-Time Position

Jet Aviation Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced VIP Flight Attendant to join a dynamic Part 91 Flight Department based in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities:
- Provide an unparalleled level of personalized service to ensure the safety and comfort of aircraft passengers during flight.
- Greet passengers, assist with personal belongings, and explain the use of safety equipment.
- Serve food and beverages with meticulous presentation and attention to detail.
- Direct and assist passengers in emergency situations, ensuring the highest level of safety protocols are followed.
- Verify the functionality of first aid kits and other emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers and oxygen bottles.
- Secure the cabin according to federal regulations prior to take-off and landing.
- Administer basic first aid, including CPR, AED, and First Aid, to passengers in distress.
- Reassure passengers during situations such as turbulence.
- Assist passengers during boarding and disembarkation, identifying and addressing the needs of special assistance passengers, including children, the elderly, and those with disabilities.
- Conduct preflight briefings and ensure the availability of adequate supplies, including food, beverages, blankets, reading materials, emergency equipment, and other necessities for the trip and number of passengers.
- Facilitate and manage passenger VIP requests for food and beverages.
- Shop for and stock any/all items specially requested by passengers for their flight.
- Prepare and present food for passengers and crew.
- Inspect, clean, and stock the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after every flight segment.
- Ensure the aircraft is always prepared for flight, meticulously cleaned and fully stocked.
- Complete preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork.
- Conduct periodic cabin checks to ensure passenger comfort and maintain cabin cleanliness.
- Operate audio and video systems.
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
- First Aid Training Certification.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
- Flight attendant specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar institutions is preferred. Annual recurrent training is required. Candidates without formal flight attendant training may be considered based on other qualifications but must attend initial flight attendant training prior to flight assignment. Preference is given to candidates who have completed FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar training within the past 12 months.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Technological proficiency.
- Flexibility, patience, and the ability to manage a constantly changing schedule, including late-night flights.
- Culinary Skills and Culinary specific training are preferred.
- Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide (consider health and visa status).
- Proficiency in operating all features of Cabin Management Systems, galley equipment, and cabin features, including berthing seats and configuring the divan into a bed.
