Hill Air is actively seeking a highly skilled, energetic, and experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to join its esteemed Corporate Flight Department, based at Love Field in Dallas, TX. This pivotal role ensures the utmost safety and comfort of passengers while also managing comprehensive in-flight catering services, including menu planning, procurement, preparation, and serving. Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Flight Attendant's responsibilities encompass a broad range of duties essential to a seamless and luxurious private aviation experience:
- Operational Availability & Support:
- Maintain 24/7 on-demand availability to adeptly accommodate dynamic trip scheduling, last-minute catering adjustments, and urgent requests.
- Proactively update critical databases, including Dropbox, to reflect passenger and crew preferences, catering provider information, and stock inventories.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding passenger identities and consistently demonstrate exemplary professionalism.
- In-Flight Service Excellence:
- Anticipate and fulfill diverse passenger needs, ensuring an elite onboard experience tailored to individual preferences.
- Execute thorough pre-flight safety checks and deliver comprehensive safety briefings to passengers.
- Conduct regular cabin checks throughout the flight to guarantee continuous passenger comfort and safety, promptly addressing any requests or concerns.
- Ensure the pristine cleanliness of the cabin and efficiently manage the restocking of supplies during flight operations.
- Proficiently operate all features of Cabin Management Systems, audio and video entertainment systems, and galley equipment.
- Guarantee strict compliance with all aviation regulations and company safety procedures throughout all phases of flight.
- Provide immediate emergency response and assistance as required, including the proficient administration of first aid when necessary.
- Procurement & Inventory Management:
- Ensure the aircraft cabin is impeccably outfitted with necessary linens, china, crystal, and flatware, overseeing special outfitting projects as needed.
- Manage the spot treatment, laundering, and dry cleaning of aircraft linens and towels to maintain pristine condition.
- Monitor inventory levels within the aircraft and stock rooms, implementing a systematic rotation of stock and diligent removal of expired items.
- Catering & Culinary Management:
- Collaborate in creating bespoke menus for each trip, carefully considering flight duration, passenger count, and specific dietary preferences, securing necessary approvals from Principals’ administrators.
- Cultivate and maintain robust global relationships with catering providers to ensure consistently reliable and high-quality service.
- Assist with the intricate coordination of international catering logistics, skillfully navigating language and cultural barriers, adhering to packaging requirements, and rigorously ensuring food safety standards.
- Prepare and print customized menus for VIP and international itineraries, reflecting a commitment to personalized service.
- Facilitate the ordering, procurement, and billing reconciliation for all catering and stock supplies, emphasizing cost-effectiveness and freshness.
- Proactively solicit catering feedback from crew members and conduct thorough post-trip quality checks to ensure continuous improvement.
- Strategically manage packaging and refrigeration standards for all catering items to preserve quality and safety.
- Stay abreast of current culinary trends and innovations to continually enhance onboard service offerings.

- Possession of a valid U.S. passport or a foreign passport with valid work authorization.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and capable of international travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, Apple Pages and Numbers, Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote, and general database management.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of dedicated experience serving as a Corporate Flight Attendant is essential.
- Experience assisting in catering management and inventory control is preferred.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures and a proven track record of customer service excellence are required.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a highly professional and confidential environment is mandatory.
Physical Requirements
- Must be physically capable of performing all required duties, including the lifting and operation of emergency equipment.
- Ability to move about the aircraft freely, effectively, and quickly to perform all required functions within a confined environment.
