Position Summary
Hill Air, a premier private flight department based at Love Field in Dallas, TX, is actively seeking an exceptional and seasoned Corporate Flight Attendant. This pivotal role requires an energetic professional committed to upholding the highest standards of passenger safety and unparalleled in-flight comfort. The Corporate Flight Attendant will expertly manage all aspects of in-flight catering, including procurement, preparation, and impeccable service, ensuring a bespoke dining experience for executive travelers. This demanding position necessitates round-the-clock availability, superior interpersonal and organizational acumen, and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

Exceptional In-Flight Service and Safety:
- Ensure the highest level of passenger safety and provide an elite, personalized onboard experience, anticipating and fulfilling passenger needs with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Perform comprehensive pre-flight safety checks and conduct thorough safety briefings for all passengers.
- Maintain impeccable cabin cleanliness and organization, regularly restocking supplies throughout flights.
- Expertly operate all cabin management systems, audio/video equipment, and galley appliances.
- Conduct periodic cabin checks to ensure continuous passenger comfort and safety, promptly addressing any requests or concerns.
- Ensure strict compliance with all aviation regulations and company safety procedures throughout all phases of flight.
- Administer emergency response and first aid as necessary.

Luxury Catering and Provisioning Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison for all in-flight catering, managing procurement, preparation, and impeccable service for both assigned and other departmental flights.
- Develop and customize sophisticated menus tailored to flight duration, passenger preferences, and dietary requirements, securing necessary approvals from principals’ administrators.
- Cultivate and maintain robust global relationships with catering providers, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and navigating international logistics, including language, cultural barriers, packaging requirements, and food safety standards.
- Manage and reconcile billing for all catering and stock supplies, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and freshness.
- Proactively solicit catering feedback from crew members and conduct post-trip quality assessments to continuously enhance service offerings.
- Implement strategic management of catering packaging and refrigeration standards, and stay abreast of current culinary trends to elevate the onboard dining experience.
- Oversee the meticulous outfitting of the aircraft cabin with necessary linens, china, crystal, and flatware, managing specialized outfitting projects as required.
- Conduct inventory monitoring for both aircraft and stock rooms, implementing stock rotation and removal of expired items.
- Manage the laundering, dry cleaning, and spot treatment of all aircraft linens and towels.

Operational Support and Administration:
- Maintain 24/7 on-demand availability to seamlessly accommodate dynamic trip scheduling, last-minute catering changes, and urgent requests.
- Maintain and update critical databases (e.g., Dropbox) pertaining to passenger and crew preferences, catering providers, and stock inventories.
- Uphold the utmost confidentiality regarding passenger identities and all sensitive information.

- Catering & Logistics Expertise: Exhibits in-depth knowledge of international catering logistics, advanced food safety standards, strategic packaging solutions, and proficiency in imperial-to-metric conversions.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Upholds an unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Apple iWork Suite (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), and database management.
- Travel & Mobility: Ability to work comfortably with animals and navigate various allergens/products within the cabin environment. Must possess a valid U.S. or foreign passport with work authorization and be legally authorized to work and travel internationally.
Education and Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Required: Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant in a private aviation setting.
- Required: Demonstrated familiarity with aviation emergency response procedures and an established track record of delivering exceptional customer service excellence standards.
- Required: Proven experience operating within a highly professional and confidential environment.
- Preferred: Experience in catering management and inventory control within a corporate aviation context.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to physically perform all required duties, including lifting and operating emergency equipment.
- Capable of moving freely, effectively, and quickly within a confined aircraft cabin environment to perform all necessary functions.
