The Opportunity
Hill Air Corporation is actively seeking an energetic and highly experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to join its premier Corporate Flight Department based at Love Field in Dallas, TX. This pivotal role prioritizes the safety and comfort of passengers while also encompassing comprehensive in-flight catering management, including ordering, preparation, and impeccable service of meals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate round-the-clock availability, possess exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational acumen, and uphold the utmost confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Flight Attendant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Operational Readiness and Professional Conduct:
- Ensures round-the-clock on-demand availability to seamlessly accommodate dynamic trip scheduling, catering adjustments, and urgent requests.
- Maintains and updates critical databases (e.g., Dropbox) for passenger and crew preferences, catering providers, and stock inventories.
- Preserves the highest level of confidentiality regarding passenger identities and consistently exemplifies professionalism.
- Onboard Service and Safety Excellence:
- Anticipates and proactively addresses passenger needs to deliver an elite onboard experience.
- Conducts thorough pre-flight safety checks and delivers comprehensive safety briefings to all passengers.
- Performs regular cabin checks throughout the flight to ensure paramount passenger comfort and safety, promptly addressing any requests or concerns.
- Maintains pristine cabin cleanliness and meticulously restocks supplies during flight.
- Proficiently operates all features of the Cabin Management systems, audio and video systems, and galley equipment.
- Guarantees strict adherence to all aviation regulations and company safety protocols during all phases of flight.
- Provides swift and effective emergency response and assistance as required, including competent administration of first aid.
- Culinary and Inventory Management:
- Ensures the aircraft cabin is impeccably outfitted with necessary linens, china, crystal, and flatware, overseeing specialized outfitting projects.
- Manages the spot treatment, laundering, and dry cleaning of all aircraft linens and towels.
- Monitors inventory meticulously in both aircraft and stock rooms, implementing rotation protocols and removing expired items.
- Assists with the creation of bespoke menus tailored to trip duration, passenger count, and specific preferences, securing necessary approvals from Principals’ administrators.
- Develops and nurtures robust global relationships with catering providers to guarantee reliable and high-quality service.
- Supports the intricate coordination of international catering logistics, skillfully navigating language and cultural barriers, unique packaging requirements, and stringent food safety standards.
- Prepares and prints customized menus for VIP and international voyages.
- Aids in the ordering, procurement, and billing reconciliation for all catering and stock supplies, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and freshness.
- Proactively solicits catering feedback from crew members and conducts thorough post-trip quality checks.
- Strategically manages packaging and refrigeration standards for all catering items.
- Remains continually informed of current culinary trends to elevate onboard service offerings.

- Must possess a valid U.S. passport or a foreign passport with valid U.S. work authorization.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and capable of international travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, Apple Pages/Numbers, Microsoft PowerPoint/Apple Keynote, and database management.
- Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of dedicated experience serving as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
- Experience assisting in catering management and inventory control is preferred.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures and exceptional customer service excellence standards is required.
- Proven experience working in a highly professional and confidential environment is required.
- Physical Demands:
- Must be physically capable of performing all required duties, including lifting and operating emergency equipment.
- Must be able to move about the aircraft freely, effectively, and quickly in a confined environment to perform all required functions.
