Position Summary: Corporate Flight Attendant
Hill Air is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to join its esteemed Corporate Flight Department, strategically located at Love Field in Dallas, TX. This pivotal role holds primary responsibility for ensuring unparalleled passenger safety and comfort for executive leadership. The Corporate Flight Attendant will meticulously manage all facets of in-flight catering, encompassing ordering, preparation, and serving, for both personally crewed flights and others within the fleet. This demanding position mandates round-the-clock availability, exceptional interpersonal communication, superior organizational skills, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
The Corporate Flight Attendant's responsibilities are multifaceted, ensuring a seamless and superior experience for all passengers:
- Operational Availability & Support: Maintains 24/7 on-demand availability to adeptly accommodate dynamic trip scheduling, catering adjustments, and urgent requests. Systematically updates critical databases, including Dropbox, for passenger and crew preferences, catering providers, and stock inventories. Ensures the utmost confidentiality regarding passenger identities and consistently upholds a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- In-Flight Service & Safety Excellence: Anticipates and proactively fulfills passenger needs, delivering an elite onboard experience tailored to discerning travelers. Conducts thorough pre-flight safety checks and comprehensive passenger safety briefings. Performs periodic cabin checks throughout all flight phases to ensure continuous passenger comfort and safety, promptly addressing any requests or concerns. Manages cabin cleanliness and ensures timely restocking of supplies during flights. Operates all features of the Cabin Management systems, audio and video systems, and galley equipment with proficiency. Ensures strict compliance with all aviation regulations and company safety procedures throughout all flight phases. Provides immediate emergency response and assistance as required, including the administration of first aid when necessary.
- Procurement & Inventory Management: Ensures the aircraft cabin is meticulously outfitted with essential linens, china, crystal, and flatware, overseeing special outfitting projects to meet exacting standards. Manages spot treatments, laundering, and dry cleaning of all aircraft linens and towels. Monitors and meticulously manages inventory in both aircraft and stock rooms, implementing stock rotation and promptly removing expired items.
- Catering Management & Logistics: Assists with the creation of bespoke menus for trips, carefully considering flight duration, passenger count, and individual preferences, and secures necessary approvals from Principals' administrators. Cultivates and maintains robust global relationships with catering providers to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality service. Coordinates complex international catering logistics, navigating language and cultural barriers, adhering to packaging requirements, and ensuring stringent food safety standards are met. Prepares and prints customized menus for VIP and international trips, adding a touch of personalized luxury. Supports the ordering, procurement, and billing reconciliation for all catering and stock supplies, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and freshness. Proactively solicits catering feedback from crew members and conducts thorough post-trip quality checks to drive continuous improvement. Strategically manages packaging and refrigeration standards for all catering items. Stays abreast of contemporary culinary trends to continuously enhance onboard service offerings.

The individual must possess the ability to process information quickly and react positively during unexpected or serious situations, remaining calm, quick-thinking, and decisive in all types of emergency scenarios. The Corporate Flight Attendant must thrive in a time-sensitive environment, operating self-reliantly and effectively managing stress associated with deadlines and unforeseen changes. A valid U.S. passport or foreign passport with work authorization is mandatory, along with legal authorization to work in and travel in and out of the United States. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, Pages/Numbers, PowerPoint/Keynote, and database management is required.
Education and Experience:
- A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of direct experience serving as a Corporate Flight Attendant is essential.
- Prior experience assisting in catering management and inventory control is preferred.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures and a proven track record of customer service excellence standards are required.
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly professional and confidential environment is mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be physically capable of performing all required duties, including lifting and operating emergency equipment. The ability to move freely, effectively, and quickly within a confined aircraft environment to perform all required functions is essential.
