Corporate Flight Attendant
Great American Insurance Group, a subsidiary of American Financial Group, is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Flight Department in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Corporate Flight Attendant. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of all passengers while on board the aircraft.
- Perform pre-flight safety duties, preparing the aircraft for take-off and landing.
- Prepare and serve beverages, meals, and snacks to passengers.
- Assist passengers with carry-on baggage and stock the aircraft with necessary supplies.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable cabin environment.
- Complete paperwork, including tracking office and duty time.
- Provide pre-flight safety briefings to passengers as applicable.
- Report operationally to the Pilot in Command (PIC) on all flights.
- Verify that emergency equipment is present, properly stocked, and in working condition.
- Communicate with Fixed Base Operation (FBO) personnel to arrange and confirm services as instructed by the PIC.
- Act as a first responder, maintaining current certifications in Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and First Aid. Provide assistance to ill or incapacitated passengers as needed.
- Stay informed of and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration (FARS) regulations.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills with passengers and flight crew members, consistently exceeding passenger expectations.
- Uphold a culture of safety, employing efficient procedures that support excellent customer service.
- Travel away from home for extended periods.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Prior experience as a commercial or corporate Flight Attendant is preferred.
- Must maintain a current passport and reside within a 2-hour call radius of Lunken Airport.
- Flexibility to work schedules that include nights, weekends, holidays, and international travel.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull luggage and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate all entertainment systems and equipment on board the aircraft, as well as perform basic troubleshooting.
- Successful completion of flight attendant training and maintenance of qualifications.
