The Role: VIP Flight Attendant

The VIP Flight Attendant is entrusted with upholding the utmost standards of luxury hospitality and operational safety. This pivotal role requires a service-oriented professional dedicated to attending to VVIP passengers across all global routes, aligning seamlessly with the company's rigorous philosophy of excellence and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the absolute safety and security of all passengers throughout the flight duration, adhering strictly to aviation regulations.
• Delivering highly personalized, superior-quality VVIP service and meticulous cabin management reflective of a luxury environment.
• Coordinating seamless in-flight services, including specialized meal and beverage presentations, amenity distribution, and entertainment support.
• Facilitating smooth passenger movements, including expert assistance during boarding and disembarking, and diligently addressing all special passenger requests with professionalism.
• Maintaining an impeccably organized and pristine cabin environment at all times.
• Collaborating effectively with the flight crew and ground teams to guarantee seamless operations and an exceptional overall customer experience.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven commitment to excellence and possess the following mandatory qualifications:

• Mandatory prior experience as a Cabin Crew member, with a distinct preference for exposure within the VVIP or luxury executive aviation sector.
• Documented and proven experience in delivering VVIP service standards.
• Residency in Cyprus is compulsory for this permanent position based in Nicosia.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, coupled with superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• A professional demeanour defined by an energetic, empathetic, and humble approach, maintaining a positive attitude in all circumstances.
