Global Crossing Airlines is actively seeking dedicated and experienced Flight Attendants to enhance the onboard customer experience. This full-time position, Requisition ID: 1049, requires an individual who is hardworking, possesses leadership qualities, and has a sense of adventure.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will complete a four-week initial new hire training program. They will fulfill directives from the lead flight attendant, serve customers professionally and efficiently, and represent the Global Airlines brand with integrity. Maintaining company standards for attendance, grooming, and appearance is mandatory while in uniform or on company property. The role includes attending preflight briefings, conducting preflight checks of emergency equipment and aircraft supplies, and ensuring cabin cleanliness. The individual must adapt to various duties under pressure, explain and enforce safety procedures, prepare the aircraft for passengers, assist with boarding, and serve refreshments. A commitment to safety and excellent customer service is paramount. They must be available for reserve schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, and may travel away from base for extended periods. Maintaining a positive attitude and performing other safety-related duties are essential.

Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or possess necessary visas and permits to fly internationally. A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree is preferred. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to work a minimum of a 70-hour guarantee. They must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, and have the ability to complete required inflight training programs. Excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet aircraft cabin height requirements are necessary. They must be available for varying schedules, including reserve duty, and maintain a professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings. The candidate must pass a ten-year background check, drug test, and criminal history check, and meet FAA jump seat requirements.

Physical Demands:

The role requires frequent standing, walking, and using hands, as well as occasional sitting, climbing, and crouching. The candidate must frequently lift up to 50 pounds and push a cart weighing up to 250 pounds. They must have close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, and be able to adjust focus.

Travel:

This position requires extensive travel, including overnight travel, weekends, and holidays.
