Position Overview
Frontier Airlines is seeking professional and safety-conscious individuals to join our cabin crew. As a Frontier Flight Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety of our aircraft while providing exceptional "Rocky Mountain Hospitality" to our passengers. This role requires a commitment to FAA safety protocols, high-level customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and perform all mandated FAA safety procedures.

Conduct preflight equipment checks and manage aircraft cabin operations, including door and exit procedures.

Provide exceptional, people-first customer service, including conflict resolution and warm hospitality throughout the flight.

Manage galley setup, beverage and snack services, and onboard sales.

Conduct public address (PA) announcements and maintain an organized, service-ready cabin.

Provide emergency assistance, including CPR/first aid, security protocol management, and evacuation support.
Qualifications and Requirements

Must be 20+ years of age to begin the interview process.

Hold a valid passport book with at least 14 months of remaining validity and the ability to travel internationally.

Fluency in English (read, write, and speak).

Minimum of 6 months of customer service or guest-facing experience (e.g., hospitality, retail, food service, or call center).

High school diploma or GED.
-
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance; no visible hand, neck, or face tattoos.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
-
Capacity to assist passengers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be capable of performing the following tasks:

Standing for long periods and moving safely throughout a pressurized cabin.

Lifting and stowing bags weighing 35–50 lbs.

Pushing and pulling galley carts weighing up to 100 lbs.
-
Reaching overhead up to 67 inches to operate aircraft doors, exits, and emergency equipment.

Hearing and responding to cabin chimes, PA announcements, call buttons, and crew instructions.

Performing repetitive motions, bending, and balancing while assisting passengers.
-
Securing oneself in a jumpseat using standard belts and harnesses without the need for extensions.
Training and Career Progression

Training:
Selected candidates undergo 3.5 weeks of immersive, unpaid training (lodging and meals provided) followed by the completion of an Initial Operating Experience (IOE) for full certification.

Reserve Status:
New hires may begin on reserve; Frontier offers one of the shortest reserve timelines in the industry.

Bases:
New hires are assigned to one of our 13 U.S. bases based on business needs and seniority.

Seniority:
