Lead Corporate Flight Attendant
Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) is seeking a highly skilled Lead Corporate Flight Attendant to serve as the lead cabin authority on assigned trips. This role is responsible for service execution, cabin coordination, and ensuring a superior passenger experience. The ideal candidate will provide real-time leadership, maintain service standards, and operate in a hands-on capacity to ensure consistent, high-level performance across all trip profiles.
Key Responsibilities

Lead cabin operations, maintaining accountability for execution, timing, and service flow.

Translate passenger profiles and trip requirements into structured, adaptable service plans, including menu presentation and parallel preparation of multiple options.

Operate within an options-driven, no-fail service model, ensuring depth of preparation and flexibility.

Direct and coordinate internal and contract flight attendants to uphold consistency and presentation standards.

Interface with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders to align expectations throughout the trip lifecycle.

Oversee provisioning strategy, including vendor coordination and quality control.

Maintain control of the cabin environment during dynamic conditions.

Provide mentorship and real-time guidance to reinforce execution discipline and service standards.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of passenger profiles to ensure the highest level of expectation management.
Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in Part 91 private aviation.

Demonstrated experience supporting UHNW passengers in high-demand environments.

Completion of formal corporate flight attendant training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent).

Current safety certifications including CPR, AED, and First Aid.

Advanced capability in culinary execution, menu planning, and flexible onboard preparation (formal or practical culinary training preferred).

Advanced experience in provisioning strategy and management of parallel service options.

Strong working knowledge of cabin systems, galley operations, and aircraft-specific service environments.

Proven leadership ability to direct cabin operations and personnel in real time.

Experience coordinating effectively with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders.

Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.

Valid driver’s license and reliable access to transportation.

High level of discretion, judgment, and execution discipline.
Special Requirements

Must be willing to relocate to Long Island, NY.

Ability to operate on a flexible, on-demand schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split days off in a 24/7 environment.

Ability to travel and work on-site in an office environment.

Ability to perform all duties as required of a 14 CFR Part 121 Flight Attendant while in flight.

Ability to support short-notice and priority trips as assigned.
