We are seeking a dedicated Flight Attendant to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers while delivering exemplary customer service in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all cabin duties in strict compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Prioritize passenger safety and comfort during every phase of flight.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations, public announcements, and passenger briefings clearly and professionally.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations, including medical incidents, evacuations, and flight deck instructions.
  • Provide attentive service to all passengers, including those requiring additional assistance.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.
  • Complete all required incident, safety, and service documentation accurately.
  • Perform physical tasks including operating aircraft doors (up to 60 lbs), moving carts (up to 32 lbs of force), and lifting items up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 23 years.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid passport.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with the ability to travel internationally.
  • Fluent in English (bilingual skills are a plus).
  • Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing.
  • Ability to pass a 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks.
  • Successful completion of the four-week Contour Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours.
  • Must reside within one hour of the assigned domicile.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Contour offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees:

  • Salary: Starting annual salary of $34,000.00, increasing to a maximum of $42,500.00.
  • Retention Bonus: Up to $2,000.00 per year upon reaching the maximum salary.
  • Insurance: Health, vision, dental, short/long-term disability, and voluntary life insurance.
  • Retirement: 401(k) Savings Plan with company match up to 6%.
  • Leave: Paid sick leave (up to 56 hours annually) and vested vacation hours.
  • Travel: Non-revenue/space available (NRSA) travel privileges on Contour and access to MyID Travel after six months.
  • Leaves of Absence: Eligible for medical, family care, maternity/paternity, and personal leave.
