Role Overview
Successful candidates will undergo 6.5 weeks of initial training in Houston, TX, covering comprehensive safety and service standards. Upon graduation and base orientation, employees will be assigned to one of our seven hubs: Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, or Washington Dulles. This is a full-time role requiring 24/7 availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Starting hourly flight pay of $37.10, with a projected scale reaching $100.13/hour by 2030.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.

High school diploma or GED required (two or more years of college preferred).

Minimum of one year of experience in the service industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, education, or aviation).

Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding). Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable.

Possession of a valid passport with at least 12 months of remaining validity and the ability to travel globally without restrictions.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Ability to pass a 10-year criminal background check, DOT/FAA drug screens, and vision/hearing requirements.

Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards, including specific policies regarding tattoos and jewelry.

Physical ability to perform job functions: lift heavy objects, push beverage carts (up to 250 lbs), stand, reach, and pass a functional reach assessment (76-inch vertical and 43.5-inch horizontal).
