Role Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum height of 158 cm, adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, consistent with flydubai’s grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Possess a valid passport.
- Be in good health, with the ability to pass an aero medical examination.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Be confident in the water when wearing a flotation aid/life jacket.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts is essential.
- Must be enthusiastic and proactive, exhibiting a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Respectful, adaptable, and willing to collaborate within a multi-cultural team environment.
- Must demonstrate a safety-conscious attitude with the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- International aviation experience is advantageous.
- One year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors, is desired.
Training Bond:
A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 is applicable for the first year.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Basic monthly salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance of approximately USD 2,252.
