About The Role
As a valued member of flydubai's cabin crew, the individual will contribute to a dynamic and multicultural team, focused on creating a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for a diverse customer base.
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate must:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Meet a minimum height requirement of 158 cm, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to flydubai’s grooming standards.
- Have no visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Possess a valid passport.
- Be in good health and capable of passing an aero medical examination.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is considered advantageous.
- Be comfortable and confident in the water while wearing a flotation aid/life jacket.
- Be willing to work irregular hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Be enthusiastic and proactive, with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
- Be respectful, adaptable, and willing to collaborate within a multicultural team.
- Exhibit a safety-conscious mindset and the ability to respond to emergencies in a composed and effective manner.
- Be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience
Candidates should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior international aviation experience (considered advantageous).
- One year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or retail.
Training Bond
A training bond of USD 2,650 (approximately AED 9,700) applies for the first year of employment.
Pay & Benefits
Compensation includes:
- A base salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance totaling AED 8,275.
- Variable flying pay averaging AED 4,500 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours).

ISR Requirements
The candidate is required to read and comply with the company’s Information Security and Risk (ISR) policies, diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. The individual must complete all required ISR awareness sessions and adhere to associated guidelines in their daily operations.
