Job Purpose: Cabin Crew

Emirates is seeking professional, adaptable, and service-oriented individuals to join our world-class cabin crew. As the face of the airline, successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security on board. Crew members will undergo comprehensive training at our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Minimum height of 160cm and the ability to reach 212cm while standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
• No visible tattoos while in the Emirates uniform (covering with bandages or cosmetics is not permitted).
• Ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements for a Dubai-based role.
• Positive attitude, cultural awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage a demanding, solution-oriented work schedule.

Salary and Benefits

Emirates offers a competitive, tax-free salary package, which includes:

• Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per hour (based on an average of 80-100 flight hours per month).
• Average Total Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 per month.

Note: Pay structures are based on Grade II (Economy Class). Meal allowances for night stops are provided.
