ExecuJet Middle East | Flight Attendant

ExecuJet Middle East, a business aviation operator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Cabin Attendant to join its Flight Operations division. This position involves assisting the flight crew in the safe conduct of VIP flights, maintaining cabin safety and emergency standards, and delivering exceptional in-flight service.

About the Role

The Cabin Attendant will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during VIP private jet flights. Responsibilities include assisting pilots, maintaining cabin safety protocols, providing five-star catering and hospitality, and managing all aspects of passenger service from pre-flight to post-flight duties. The role requires adherence to ExecuJet Middle East policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of corporate/private aviation experience is mandatory. Commercial aviation experience alone will not be considered.
• A minimum of two years of regional experience operating for an owner is required.
• Must possess a GCAA cabin licence or an equivalent certification.
• Must hold a valid SEP (Standard Equipment Proficiency).
• A background specifically in corporate aviation is essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office IT skills.
• The ability to obtain Schengen, UK, and US visas, valid for at least 12 months.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist flight crew in the safe and efficient conduct of flights, and report any emergency situations to the Pilot in Command.
• Ensure passenger cabin, galley, and other aircraft areas maintain safety standards at all times.
• Brief passengers on safety equipment and cabin procedures.
• Execute cabin safety and emergency procedures, keeping the flight deck informed of any irregularities.
• Maintain a connection between passengers and the flight deck.
• Ensure passenger comfort according to ExecuJet Middle East policies.
• Complete VIP pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties.
• Prepare VIP menus and create catering arrangements within charter budgets.
• Manage food, drink, and table presentation.
• Responsible for aircraft cleaning, galley, cabin, and bathroom upkeep, as well as restocking supplies.
• Complete and submit relevant cabin documentation.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and the provided uniform.
• Ensure personal documents are current, including passport, visa, licence, medical, crew ID, vaccinations, and CCSEPM.
• Apply knowledge of VIP etiquette and protocol.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures.
