Emirates | Flight Attendant

Emirates is seeking dynamic individuals to join their Cabin Crew team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves representing the airline and ensuring passenger safety and comfort during flights.

About the Role

As the face of Emirates, Cabin Crew members are responsible for assisting passengers, providing direction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. While customer service is paramount, the role also emphasizes leading confidently and managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures, drawing upon world-class training provided by the airline.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• A positive attitude and a natural ability to deliver excellent service within a team environment, interacting with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• High school graduate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Minimum height of 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types.
• No visible tattoos when in Emirates cabin crew uniform, even when covered.
• Eligibility to obtain a UAE employment visa.
• A determined approach to performing to the highest standards, a solution-oriented mindset, and the capacity to manage a demanding work schedule.
• Cultural awareness and the ability to embody the Emirates brand personality: professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan.
