Air Arabia is conducting an Open Day in Abu Dhabi, UAE for prospective Cabin Crew members. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply online. Shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation email with venue, time, and date details 2-3 days prior to the event.

The Cabin Crew member acts as an ambassador for Air Arabia, striving to enhance the overall customer experience and promote a positive corporate image. This role demands the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout all phases of flight. The individual must maintain operational readiness, adhering to company policies and procedures, and contribute to productivity.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, and fitness for assigned flights. They will attend briefings, acknowledging flight details, role distribution, and security checks. Safety is paramount; they instruct passengers on safety procedures, identify and mitigate safety and security risks, administer first aid when necessary, and promptly report irregularities.

Customer service excellence is crucial, encompassing welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding, and attending to individual needs. The Cabin Crew member will also identify and assist passengers experiencing difficulties, contributing to on-board revenue by promoting meals, products, and charity services. They will ensure secure handling of payments received.

Further responsibilities involve carrying out pre-flight checks for sufficient supplies, reporting any deficiencies, ensuring cabin cleanliness at transit stations, and managing handover of the cabin to relevant staff. They will also perform post-flight briefings, evaluating the Cabin Supervisor, and reporting any discrepancies. This role may include assuming Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain. Continuous professional development is expected through recurrent trainings and maintaining a current license. They will also contribute to team success by achieving allocated sales targets.

Applicants should be between 20 and 33 years of age, with a minimum height of 160cm for females and 170cm for males. Weight should be in proportion to age and height. Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while in uniform is required. Applicants must be medically fit to perform cabin crew duties, and possess the ability to swim with a flotation device.

A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable, with a diploma in Travel/Tourism being advantageous. Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures is a plus. Applicants should have good general health, no serious medical conditions, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the airline, aviation, or hospitality industries is advantageous. An active cabin crew license is considered a benefit. Candidates must be capable of working in shifts and for extended hours, demonstrating high flexibility, adaptability to frequent changes, and the ability to contribute to achieving set KPIs.
