Key Requirements & Skills

Successful candidates for the Cabin Crew position should meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a minimum of a High School certification or equivalent higher education.
  • Demonstrate fluent verbal and written comprehension of English; proficiency in another language is considered an additional benefit.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Meet a minimum height requirement of 160 cm.
  • Have no visible tattoos or body piercings while wearing the company uniform (a single earring in the lower lobe of each ear is permitted for females only; bandages and cosmetic coverings are not allowed to conceal tattoos or piercings).
  • Maintain a clear criminal record.
  • Exhibit excellent personal presentation, style, and image.
  • Be willing to serve alcohol onboard, including during the holy month of Ramadan.
  • Be prepared to comply with all UAE and GCAA visa requirements.
  • Be confident in water and capable of swimming with the aid of a flotation device.
