Role Overview

Successful candidates will serve as ambassadors of genuine hospitality, ensuring the highest safety standards are met while delivering exceptional service. Crew members represent a diverse family of over 145 nationalities, operating flights to over 100 destinations worldwide.

Compensation and Benefits

Etihad provides a competitive, tax-free salary package, with total monthly earnings reaching up to AED 10,000 depending on the roster. The company offers a clear path for professional advancement:

  • Economy to Business Class: From 12 months
  • Business Class to Cabin Senior: From 12 months
  • Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager: From 24 months

Minimum Requirements

  • Age: Minimum 21 years.
  • Height: Minimum 163 cm.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an asset.
  • Grooming: High standards of personal grooming; no visible tattoos or piercings (females are permitted one earring per lobe).
  • Legal: Clean criminal record and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Compliance: Willingness to serve alcohol, including during Ramadan, and full compliance with UAE and GCAA requirements.
  • Physical: Ability to swim with the use of a flotation device.
