Compensation and Benefits

Etihad provides a competitive, tax-free salary package, with total monthly earnings reaching up to AED 10,000 depending on the roster. The company offers a clear path for professional advancement:

Economy to Business Class: From 12 months
Business Class to Cabin Senior: From 12 months
Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager: From 24 months

Minimum Requirements

Age: Minimum 21 years.
Height: Minimum 163 cm.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Language: Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an asset.
Grooming: High standards of personal grooming; no visible tattoos or piercings (females are permitted one earring per lobe).
Legal: Clean criminal record and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
Compliance: Willingness to serve alcohol, including during Ramadan, and full compliance with UAE and GCAA requirements.
Physical: Ability to swim with the use of a flotation device.
