Job Responsibilities
- Responsibility to the Captain for cabin safety and services, under the direction of the Lead Flight Attendant.
- Understanding of exceptional customer service, safety, and the unique aspects of non-scheduled flight operations.
- Maintenance of valid mandatory documentation, including passport, visas, GCAA Flight and Medical licenses, and CMC Certificate.
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and understanding of complex operational requirements.
- Execution of Flight Attendant duties related to aircraft and occupant safety, as specified in GCAA approved operational manuals (e.g., OMA, SEPM).
- Provision of a safe environment for guests and crew through safe work practices and excellent Safety, Equipment, and Procedures (SEP) knowledge.
- Performance of onboard service in accordance with RoyalJet standards to maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Anticipation and delivery of exceptional service to all guests, fulfilling requests promptly while maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Maintenance of onboard equipment in terms of quality, quantity, and cleanliness, particularly when away from base, to minimize costs.
- Display of confidence and immaculate decorum, adhering to RoyalJet grooming standards at all times whilst on duty.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Age: 23 to 30 years.
- Experience in VIP, First Class, or Business Class cabin service is preferred.
- Minimum High School Diploma; University Degree preferred.
- Valid GCAA Cabin Crew License (mandatory).
- Valid GCAA Medical Certificate (mandatory).
- Exceptional grooming, presentation, and communication skills.
- Previous catering, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferable.
- Current flying crew status or less than 1 year out of service (with justified reasons).
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Knowledge of additional languages is preferable.
- Intermediate level of computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with strong planning, organizing, and integration skills.
- Strong organizational commitment, meticulous attention to detail, and a drive for professional growth.
