The Role
As a member of the Etihad Cabin Crew, you will serve as an ambassador of genuine hospitality. Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Minimum age: 21 years old.

Minimum height: 163 cm.

Educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.

Language proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are considered an asset).

Grooming standards: High standard of personal presentation; no visible tattoos or piercings (females are permitted one earring per lobe).

Legal requirements: Must have a clean criminal record and the ability to travel globally without restrictions.

Operational requirements: Willingness to serve alcohol, including during Ramadan, and full compliance with UAE and GCAA requirements.

Physical capability: Ability to swim with the assistance of a flotation device.
