About the Role: Flight Attendant
DC Aviation Al Futtaim is seeking a highly professional and dedicated Flight Attendant to join its esteemed Cabin Crew team. Reporting directly to the Cabin Crew Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the provision of safe, professional flights in strict conformance with stipulated DC Aviation Al-Futtaim company procedures and the requirements of the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations. The paramount objective for this position is flight safety, closely followed by achieving exceptional customer satisfaction through unparalleled service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The Flight Attendant's duties encompass a wide range of critical tasks, including:
- Ensuring full compliance with all GCAA and DC Aviation Al-Futtaim company requirements prior to reporting for duty, including possessing correct documentation and being medically fit to perform all Cabin Crew duties.
- Actively participating in pre-flight safety briefings alongside the Cockpit Crew and Purser.
- Maintaining and rigorously adhering to DC Aviation Al-Futtaim's professional grooming standards.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight checks of on-board Safety & Emergency equipment within their designated area and promptly reporting any defects to the Commander.
- Performing meticulous pre-flight and post-flight security checks in their assigned area, reporting a clear cabin or any findings immediately to the Commander.
- Executing pre-flight checks on the cabin management system and in-flight entertainment system, reporting any operational defects to the Commander without delay.
- Efficiently sourcing, ordering, checking, and safely storing all in-flight catering provisions in a professional manner.
- Verifying pre-flight that all required service equipment, cabin amenities, and necessary documentation are readily available and in excellent working order.
- Warmly welcoming and assisting guests throughout the boarding process.
- Confidently delivering the mandated DC Aviation Al-Futtaim pre-flight passenger safety briefing.
- Promptly communicating the 'Cabin Secure' notification to the Cockpit Crew.
- Providing exceptional DC Aviation Al-Futtaim Quality Customer Service to all guests during flights, with particular attention to assisting any guests who may require special consideration.
- Ensuring the cabin, galley, washrooms, and crew rest areas are maintained in a clean, tidy, and secured state during taxi, take-off, turbulence, and landing.
- Assisting guests efficiently during the disembarkation process and ensuring all relevant arrival documentation, such as Immigration & Customs landing cards, are completed prior to door opening.
- Communicating any cabin or equipment-related issues to the Commander for inclusion in the Technical Log Book (TLB).
- Completing a detailed DC Aviation Al-Futtaim Voyage Report after each duty or flight and submitting it to the Cabin Crew Manager.
- Overseeing the cleaning, re-stocking, and de-catering of the aircraft.
- Attending a monthly Aircraft Review Day as required.
- Providing assistance at the DC Aviation Al-Futtaim FBO facility when necessary.
- Undertaking other duties or tasks as assigned by management within the scope of their area of responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Successful completion of GCAA-approved aircraft-specific Safety & Emergency training.
- Successful completion of all relevant internal DC Aviation Al-Futtaim training courses.
- A high level of knowledge regarding pertinent GCAA regulations and procedures relevant to the role.
- Extensive experience in VVIP aviation or First Class service environments.
