Candidate Requirements

- Minimum height of 158 cm, as per aviation safety regulations.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to flydubai's strict grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Possess a valid passport with sufficient validity.
- Be in excellent health and capable of passing a comprehensive aeromedical examination.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant advantage.
- Exhibit confidence in water, including the ability to swim while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Be willing to work irregular hours, which includes weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Possess an enthusiastic, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
- Demonstrate respect, adaptability, and a strong ability to thrive in a multi-cultural team setting.
- Maintain a vigilant, safety-conscious attitude with the proven ability to respond to emergencies effectively.
- Be willing to relocate permanently to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Minimum Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Prior international aviation experience is highly advantageous.
Training Bond
A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 is applicable for the first year of employment.
Remuneration and Benefits

- Monthly Base Remuneration: Approximately USD 2,252, comprising basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance.
- Variable Flying Pay: An average monthly payment of approximately USD 1,200, based on an average of 90 flying hours.
