About the Role
The Cabin Crew member is an integral part of flydubai's operational team, responsible for ensuring a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for a diverse customer base. This position requires individuals who are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety and service, contributing positively to every passenger's journey.
Candidate Requirements
Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum age of 21 years at the time of application.
- A minimum height of 158 cm, strictly in accordance with aviation safety regulations.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance, adhering to flydubai’s stringent grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Possession of a valid passport, eligible for international travel.
- Excellent health, with the ability to successfully pass a comprehensive aero-medical examination.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages will be considered a significant advantage.
- Confidence in water, demonstrating the ability to swim while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Willingness and flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.
- An enthusiastic, proactive approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Respectful, adaptable, and capable of working effectively within a diverse, multicultural team environment.
- A strong safety-conscious attitude and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Minimum Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is a mandatory requirement.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service role, with a preference for experience within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- International aviation experience is considered an advantage.
Training Bond
A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 (AED 9,700) is applicable for the first year of employment.
Compensation and Benefits
Financial Package:
- Fixed Monthly Compensation: AED 8,275 (comprising Basic Salary, Housing Allowance, and Transportation Allowance).
- Variable Flying Pay: An average monthly additional earning of approximately AED 4,500 (based on an average of 90 flying hours).
