Cabin Crew Opportunity - Beirut Open Day
Air Arabia is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its cabin crew team. The cabin crew member prioritizes passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle, while maintaining operational readiness and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring on-time attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and compliance with regulations for assigned flights.
- Attending briefings to understand flight details, roles, targets, security procedures, and boarding processes.
- Instructing passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Identifying and reporting safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor for corrective actions.
- Administering first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly informing the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Welcoming passengers and assisting with boarding formalities.
- Providing excellent customer service by attending to pre-bookings, requests, and individual passenger needs.
- Identifying and assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures.
- Maximizing on-board revenue and supporting the "Charity Cloud" program by promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services.
- Ensuring proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments.
- Conducting pre-flight checks to ensure adequate supplies, emergency equipment, and catering equipment.
- Reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean aircraft cabin at transit stations and ensuring proper re-catering and duty-free product replenishment.
- Ensuring orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Completing post-flight briefing and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations, and reporting any flight problems or discrepancies.
- Reporting on passenger conduct and assuming the duties of ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated by the Captain.
- Maintaining professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops.
- Contributing to team success by achieving sales targets and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate required; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is a plus.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is an advantage.
- An active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
