Flight Instructor
FlightSafety is seeking a dedicated Flight Instructor to deliver exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and company training principles. The successful candidate will play a critical role in facilitating pilot development and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment training courses.

Develop and prepare training materials tailored to meet client needs in accordance with the established curriculum.

Evaluate and measure trainee progress, providing recommendations for qualification or additional training as required.

Maintain accurate training records for each client to support the achievement of training objectives.

Identify and proactively address potential training issues prior to execution.

Maintain all personal instructor qualifications in strict accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. with two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License.

If an ATP certificate is not held, candidates must meet the requirements of 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.

Possession of a minimum of one unrestricted Pilot in Command (PIC) type rating.

Ability and willingness to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military flight training.

A minimum of 2,500 hours of total flight time.

Strong knowledge of aviation safety standards, practices, and common aviation regulations.
