Flight Instructor
The Flight Instructor is responsible for delivering exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction in accordance with established aviation regulations and FlightSafety training principles.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients participating in core, specialty, or enrichment training courses.

Develop and prepare training materials to support delivery and meet client needs in accordance with the applicable curriculum.

Evaluate and measure trainee progress, providing recommendations for qualification or additional training as required.

Maintain accurate training records for each client to ensure they successfully achieve their training objectives.

Identify potential training issues and seek necessary assistance prior to execution.

Maintain all instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

High school diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency (G.E.D.), with two to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability and willingness to participate in the DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.

Unrestricted ATP certificate or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License.

If not holding an ATP, must meet the requirements of 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.

A minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.

Preferred: Experience in FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military training.

Preferred: 2,500 hours of total flight time.
