Job Title: Flight Instructor
The Flight Instructor is responsible for delivering exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction in accordance with established aviation regulations and professional training principles.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients across core, specialty, and enrichment training courses.

Develop and prepare training materials tailored to client needs and curriculum standards.

Evaluate trainee progress, providing recommendations for qualification or supplemental training.

Maintain accurate, comprehensive training records to support client success.

Proactively identify and address potential training issues prior to execution.

Maintain all required instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications

Ability and willingness to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.

Possession of an unrestricted ATP certificate or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License.

Candidates without an ATP must meet the requirements of 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 (without Supervised Operating Experience limitation).

Minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.

Preferred: Experience in FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military training.

Preferred: 2,500 hours of total flight time.
