Flight Instructor
The Flight Instructor is responsible for delivering exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and established training principles. This professional role focuses on facilitating client success through high-quality instruction and rigorous adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients receiving core, specialty, or enrichment training courses.

Develop and prepare training materials to meet specific client needs in accordance with the applicable curriculum.

Evaluate and measure trainee progress, providing recommendations for qualification or additional training as necessary.

Complete accurate training records for each client to support the achievement of their stated objectives.

Identify potential client training issues and seek assistance prior to execution.

Maintain all instructor qualifications in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency (G.E.D.), supplemented by two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications

Ability and willingness to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.

An unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License.

In the absence of an ATP certificate, candidates must meet the requirements of 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.

A minimum of one unrestricted Pilot-in-Command (PIC) type rating.

Preferred: Experience in FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military training environments.

Preferred: 2,500 hours of total flight time.
