Flight Instructor
The Flight Instructor is responsible for delivering exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and established training principles. This role ensures that clients receive high-quality training tailored to core, specialty, or enrichment requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients.

Develop and prepare training materials to support delivery and meet specific client needs based on the applicable curriculum.

Evaluate trainee progress and provide recommendations for qualification or additional training.

Maintain accurate training records to support client success in achieving training objectives.

Identify and address potential training issues prior to execution.

Ensure all instructor qualifications are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency (G.E.D.) with two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications

Must be able and willing to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.

Hold an unrestricted ATP certificate or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License.

If an ATP is not held, candidates must meet the requirements of 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.

Possess a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.

Preferred: Experience in FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military training.

Preferred: 2,500 hours of total flight time.
