Flight Instructor
The Flight Instructor is responsible for delivering exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction in alignment with aviation regulations and established training principles.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment courses.

Develop and prepare instructional materials to meet client needs in accordance with the applicable curriculum.

Evaluate and measure trainee progress to provide recommendations for qualification or additional training.

Maintain accurate training records to support client success in achieving designated objectives.

Identify potential training issues and seek assistance as necessary prior to execution.

Ensure the maintenance of all instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a High school diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency (G.E.D.) with two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications

Willingness to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.

An unrestricted ATP certificate, or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License.

If not holding an ATP, the candidate must meet requirements under 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.

A minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.

Preferred: Experience in FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military training.

Preferred: 2,500 hours of total flight time.
