This role requires participation in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program. Candidates must possess an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License from an ICAO member state. Alternatively, for those without an ATP, applicants must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
The successful candidate will conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment training courses. They will develop and prepare training materials that align with applicable curricula to meet specific client needs. Additionally, they will evaluate and measure trainee progress, providing recommendations for qualification or further training as necessary.
