Aviation Training Instructor
This position requires an individual who is both proficient in aviation and dedicated to the highest standards of training excellence. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of skilled aviation professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pilot ground and simulator training sessions for clients enrolled in core, specialty, and enrichment training programs.
- Develop and meticulously prepare training materials that align with the applicable curriculum and cater to the specific needs of each client.
- Assess and evaluate trainee progress, providing recommendations for qualification or any necessary additional training.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
- Must hold an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state.
- In the absence of an ATP, the candidate must meet the requirements stipulated in 14 CFR part 61.153.
- The candidate must also meet the requirements of 14 CFR part 61.64 without any Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitations.
