Aviation Training Pilot - Simulator and Ground Instruction
This role requires a highly competent and dedicated individual who will conduct comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training for clients participating in core, specialty, or enrichment training programs. The successful candidate will develop and prepare high-quality training materials aligned with the applicable curriculum to effectively meet client needs. Furthermore, this individual will be responsible for evaluating and measuring trainee progress, providing recommendations for qualification, or identifying requirements for additional training as needed.
This position necessitates a commitment to maintaining safety and compliance. Therefore, the candidate must be willing and able to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program. The candidate must hold an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or possess an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state. Candidates without an ATP must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically without any Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitations.
