Aviation Instructor - Pilot Training
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced aviation professional to deliver comprehensive pilot training to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation regulations and best practices, and a passion for fostering pilot development.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: An unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or an Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) member state.
- Alternate Qualification: If an ATP is not held, the candidate must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, excluding any Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitations.
- Compliance: The candidate must be able and willing to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
Responsibilities:
- Instruction Delivery: Conduct comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment training courses.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and prepare engaging training materials that align with the applicable curriculum and meet client needs.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and measure trainee progress, making recommendations for qualification or additional training as needed.
