Aviation Instructor Position
This position requires an individual capable of delivering comprehensive pilot training to clients seeking core, specialty, or enrichment courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting both ground and simulator training, ensuring the highest standards of instruction are maintained.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be able and willing to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
- Possession of an unrestricted ATP certificate or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License.
- In the absence of an ATP, the candidate must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare training materials that align with the client's needs and adhere to the established curriculum.
- Conduct comprehensive pilot training in both ground and simulator environments for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment courses.
- Evaluate and measure trainee progress throughout the training program.
- Recommend trainees for qualification upon successful completion of the training program or identify areas requiring further instruction.
