Aviation Instructor - Pilot Training
This position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to conduct comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training for clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of aviation principles and a passion for sharing their expertise to foster the development of future pilots.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be able to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
- Holds an unrestricted ATP certificate, or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License.
- If not possessing an ATP certificate, must meet the requirements outlined in:
- 14 CFR part 61.153
- 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment training courses.
- Develop and prepare training materials that align with client needs and adhere to the applicable curriculum.
- Evaluate and measure trainee progress, recommending qualification or additional training as necessary.
