The ideal candidate will participate in the company's Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol testing program. They must possess an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state. In the absence of an ATP certificate, the candidate must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.

This role involves conducting pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment training courses. The candidate will develop and prepare training materials that support training delivery, ensuring that client needs are met in accordance with the applicable curriculum. Furthermore, they will evaluate and measure trainee progress, recommending them for qualification or additional training as necessary.
