This aviation professional must demonstrate a commitment to the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program. The ideal candidate will possess an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License from an ICAO member state. If an ATP certificate is not held, the candidate must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation. The individual will conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients engaged in core, specialty, or enrichment training courses. This includes the development and preparation of training materials to support the delivery of training that meets client needs and aligns with the applicable curriculum. The successful applicant will evaluate and measure trainee progress, recommending qualification or further training as necessary.
