Aviation Instructor - Pilot Training
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced aviation professional to deliver comprehensive pilot training programs. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of aviation regulations and best practices, coupled with exceptional communication and instructional abilities.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Possess an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state. Alternatively, candidates may meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
- Experience: Minimum of one unrestricted Pilot-in-Command (PIC) type rating.
- Commitment: Willingness to participate in the company's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment training courses.
- Develop and prepare training materials tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, adhering to applicable curricula.
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and recommend qualification or additional training as necessary.
