Aviation Instructor - Training and Development
This role requires an individual capable of providing comprehensive pilot instruction, ensuring proficiency in both ground and simulator environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of aviation regulations and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality training that meets the specific needs of our diverse client base.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid and unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state.
- Alternatively, if an ATP certificate is not held, the applicant must fulfill the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153.
- Full participation in the company's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training programs for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment courses.
- Develop and meticulously prepare training materials that align with applicable curricula and effectively address client requirements.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of trainee progress and provide recommendations for qualification or further training, as appropriate.
