Your Role:
As a Flight Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of aviation professionals. You will deliver exceptional ground and simulator training, adhering to rigorous aviation regulations and FlightSafety's renowned training principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective ground and simulator training to clients enrolled in core, specialty, and enrichment courses.
- Develop and refine training materials that align with curriculum requirements and cater to specific client needs.
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and observations, recommending qualifications or additional training as needed.
- Maintain meticulous training records for each client, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Proactively identify and address potential training challenges, seeking assistance and solutions proactively.
- Remain current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements, maintaining all necessary instructor qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Unrestricted ATP certificate or an equivalent ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License.
- In lieu of an ATP certificate, candidates must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 (without a Supervised Operating Experience limitation).
- A minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.
- Willingness to participate in FlightSafety's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military training environments.
- A minimum of 2,500 hours of total flight time.

Physical Requirements:
The role requires physical dexterity for operating simulator controls and equipment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment that may involve extended periods of sitting, standing, and maneuvering within confined spaces.
