Position Overview
The Flight Operations Professional is instrumental in ensuring the seamless and compliant execution of flight operations. This role demands a high level of aviation expertise, a commitment to safety, and proficiency in operational planning and crew management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures all crewing and trip assignments strictly adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory mandates.
- Completes comprehensive flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance assessments for each assigned flight.
- Leads essential briefings utilizing the Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to effectively mitigate operational risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3500 total flight hours.
- Minimum of 1500 multi-engine land flight hours.
- Minimum of 2000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.
- Minimum of 500 PIC multi-engine land hours.
