Aviation Captain - Senior Multi-Engine Flight Operations
The organization is seeking a highly professional and experienced Captain to manage and execute complex flight operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across all assigned flights, utilizing advanced risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
The Captain is responsible for the overall safety and successful completion of all missions. Specific duties include:
- Ensures all crewing and trip assignments adhere strictly to both internal company operational standards and relevant national and international aviation regulatory requirements.
- Completes all necessary pre-flight documentation, which includes comprehensive flight planning, detailed aircraft performance calculations, and precise weight and balance tasks for each assignment.
- Leads required operational briefings utilizing the advanced Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to effectively guide the crew and proactively mitigate potential operational risks.
Minimum Professional Experience and Flight Time Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate exceptional proficiency and meet the following minimum flight hour requirements:
- Minimum Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
- Minimum Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours
- Minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 hours
- Minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) Multi-Engine Land Time: 500 hours
