Pilot in Command – Citation M2 (Part 91 Operations)

Jet Linx is actively seeking experienced and qualified candidates to fill the role of Pilot in Command for its light jet aircraft, operating exclusively under Part 91 flight regulations. Successful candidates are expected to reside, or be willing to relocate, within a one-hour call-out time of their assigned home base.
Position Summary
The Pilot in Command (PIC) is responsible for reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot. This position entails the preparation and assurance of safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, strictly adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations and established company procedures.
Minimum Flight Experience Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
- Total Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2000 hours
- Total Time in Type (Citation M2): 250 hours
- Total PIC Time in Type (Citation M2): 250 hours
- Total Multi-Engine Flight Time: 1500 hours
- Total Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours
- Total Turbine Flight Time: 500 hours
- Total Instrument Flight Time: 300 hours
Essential Functions:
- Meticulously manage duty, flight, and rest periods in compliance with both company policies and CFR requirements.
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position updates, and comprehensive pre- and post-flight reports.
- Proficiently maintain and manage Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and associated applications.
- Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current and readily accessible.
- Maintain a valid 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- Exhibit strong, proactive decision-making skills in all operational scenarios.
- Consistently demonstrate Jet Linx's core values in all professional interactions.
Other Requirements:
- Preference will be given to candidates with initial or recurrent Part 142 training in the Citation M2 (CE525S) completed within the last 24 months.
- Must possess Citation M2 (CE525S) experience.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is mandatory.
- Possession of a current passport.
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or the demonstrated ability to obtain one.
- Valid 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and adhere to random drug and alcohol testing protocols as required.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries.
- Ability to release and successfully pass an FAA Pilot Record Database review conducted by a System Chief Pilot.
- Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
- The majority of work is conducted in and around aircraft and associated terminal facilities.
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
Compensation & Benefits:
Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to attract and retain talented team members. The starting base annual salary for this Pilot in Command position ranges from $165,000 to $200,000. The actual base salary offered will be determined based on factors including geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), relevant education, specialized training, and the candidate's overall experience.
