About the Role

Aery Aviation is actively seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pilot In Command (PIC) to operate Lear 45 aircraft within its charter division. This critical role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and legally compliant operation of the aircraft, ensuring strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135, FAA mandates, and Aery Aviation's comprehensive policies and procedures.

This position features an attractive 8-days on / 8-days off rotating schedule, promoting an optimal work-life integration. The Pilot In Command will lead both single-pilot and two-pilot flight operations, consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience while upholding the highest benchmarks for flight safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pilot In Command (PIC) for Lear 45 charter operations, in strict accordance with FAR Part 135 regulations.
• Ensure all flight operations fully comply with FAA regulations, Aery Aviation manuals, and internal company policies, while simultaneously cultivating an exceptional passenger experience.
• Engage professionally with clients to provide a safe, comfortable, and highly professional charter flight experience.
• Execute comprehensive flight planning, coordinate dispatch activities, manage aircraft interior readiness (cleaning, stocking), and oversee the secure loading and unloading of passenger baggage and equipment, all with a paramount focus on client satisfaction.
• Maintain the Lear 45 aircraft in peak operational condition, guaranteeing the safety and efficiency of every flight.
• Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a drug test and criminal background check.
• Demonstrate reliable, consistent, and predictable attendance.
• Uphold and adhere to all Aery Aviation policies, safety standards, and the company's code of conduct.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land Rating.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Lear 45 PIC Type Rating.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering superior customer service.
• Ability to actively support Aery Aviation's mission and consistently provide exceptional service to clients.
• Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum of 1,500 Pilot In Command (PIC) hours.
• Minimum of 500 Lear 45 flight hours (with at least 250 PIC hours).
• Possession of a valid US Passport.
• Must not have any disqualifying TSA criminal offenses.
• Must be willing to relocate to Cleveland, Ohio.

Work Schedule

A 8 days on / 8 days off rotating schedule is provided, offering a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life.
