King Air 350 Captain (PIC) - Lexington, KY
Triton Airways, LLC is seeking a highly qualified King Air 350 Captain (PIC) to operate company-owned and managed aircraft. The Captain will report to the Chief Pilot and is responsible for ensuring the safe, comfortable, and convenient travel experience for all passengers, delivering private club-level service. Key duties include coordinating with maintenance for aircraft discrepancies, determining flight routes and schedules, and ensuring compliance with all federal and local flight regulations, domestic and international regulations, FAA-approved company procedures, industry best practices, and the highest aviation safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate company-owned aircraft in flight, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and convenience.

Coordinate with maintenance personnel to analyze and correct aircraft discrepancies.

Pilot a King Air 350, determining flight routes, speed, and take-off and landing times to meet scheduling requirements.

Maintain currency with federal and local flight regulations.

Operate in accordance with domestic and international regulations, FAA approved company procedures, industry best practices, and the highest aviation safety standards.

Exercise command authority and take full control of the aircraft while in flight.

Inspect aircraft for safety, fuel, oil, and water before departure, ensuring proper maintenance and operational readiness.

Maintain accurate flight records and logs.

Ensure compliance with pilot warranty requirements as specified by aircraft insurance policies and licensure requirements.

Promote and implement action plans, demonstrating enthusiasm, mentoring subordinates, and promoting teamwork by example.

Exhibit a personal commitment, self-motivation, and an engaged attitude, with a personal and company success-oriented mindset.
Requirements:

Airline Transport Pilot License with multi-engine and instrument ratings.

King Air 200/300/350 Type Rating.

Recent King Air flying experience within the last 24 months.

US Citizen.

Valid driver's license.

500 hours of turbine engine flight time (PT6 series preferred).

Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Successful completion of all FAA examinations and flight proficiency tests.

No history of incidents, accidents, FAA actions, or suspensions.
Schedule & Benefits:
Available schedules include 8/6 for Lexington, KY residents and 15/13 for home base pilots.
Full-time employees receive Medical Insurance Benefits after a 90-day probation period. Dental, Vision, and 401k Benefits commence on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Salary:
$75,000 - $95,000
