Key Responsibilities

  • Operate flights under Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand regulations.
  • Ensure seamless flight execution and full compliance with FAA regulations, including flight operations, duty hours, and pilot qualifications.
  • Follow company procedures for reporting aircraft discrepancies during flight or ground operations.
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned by company management.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3,000 Total Flight Time
  • 2,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time
  • 1,000+ hours of Jet Flight Time
  • Current First-Class Medical Certificate
  • Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License
  • No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years.
  • Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Maintain an impeccable professional appearance at all times.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Successfully pass a drug screening test.
  • Clear a comprehensive background check.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Eligible to operate international flights for the full duration of the 18-month contract.
  • Legally eligible to purchase alcohol in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $135,000.00 Annually
  • Daily and annual pay incentives, including:
    • Scheduled Day Off (SDO): $800 for SIC, $1,150 for PIC
    • Holiday Pay: $800
    • Domestic Per Diem: $75
    • International Per Diem: $120
  • Additional roles (e.g., Standardization Captain, Instructor) offer bonuses up to $20,000.

Work Schedule and Location

  • Location: Holland, Michigan
