The Pilot in Command will operate flights under both Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand, ensuring the seamless execution of missions. The Pilot in Command maintains full compliance with FAA regulations related to flight operations, duty hours, and pilot qualifications. He or she will follow company procedures for reporting any discrepancies with the aircraft during flight or ground operations and complete administrative tasks as assigned by company management.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually.
- Base pay of $115,000 with total compensation of up to $200,000.
- Daily and annual pay incentives, including:
- Scheduled Day Off (SDO): $1,150 for PIC.
- Holiday Pay: $800.
- Domestic Per Diem: $75; International Per Diem: $120.
- Additional roles (e.g., Standardization Captain, Instructor) offer bonuses up to $20,000.
- Home based position.

Minimum Requirements:
- 3,000 Total Time.
- 2,500 PIC Time.
- 50+ hours of Multi-Engine Time.
- Current 1st Class Medical.
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot License.

- No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years.
- Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
