Aviation Professional - Flight Operations
This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our aviation services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation regulations and possess a proven track record in flight planning and operational risk management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Total Flight Time: Minimum 3500 hours.
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): Minimum 1500 hours.
- Pilot in Command (PIC): Minimum 2000 hours.
- PIC MEL: Minimum 500 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure crew assignments and trip schedules comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Execute comprehensive flight planning, including performance calculations and weight and balance assessments.
- Lead pre-flight briefings using the Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to proactively mitigate operational risks.
