Pilot Instructor
Etihad Airways is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pilot Instructor to serve as a role model, responsible for the comprehensive training and development of pilots' core competencies, encompassing knowledge, skills, attitude, and resilience. The Pilot Instructor is authorized to conduct training duties in full compliance with GCAA CAR-FCL and CAR-AIR OPS regulations, as well as the policies and procedures detailed in the Etihad Airways Operations Manual Part D.
Key responsibilities include: demonstrating exemplary instructor competencies and consistently upholding the highest standards; delivering high-quality training to pilots within Etihad Airways; acting as a positive role model for all personnel; providing constructive feedback on training systems and course materials; and effectively developing the potential and skills of all pilots.
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years of experience as an Instructor/Examiner, along with a minimum of 1,000 hours of FSTD training and 1,000 hours of LIFUS/IOE experience. A strong foundation of technical knowledge is essential. Previous experience with MPL Training, Evidence-Based Training (EBT), and/or AQP/ATQP is considered a distinct advantage.
Compensation will be commensurate with the Company HR Policy.
