Compensation & Benefits:

The airline offers a competitive annual package. This includes basic salary, flying pay, a housing allowance enabling pilots to secure their preferred accommodation, and layover/meal allowances. The potential annual earnings can reach up to 513,732 AED (approximately USD 138,318) tax-free, based on typical flying hours (e.g., 75 hours per month). Required Qualifications:

To be considered for the First Officer role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

(1) Glass Cockpit is defined as aircraft equipped with a Flight Management System (FMS) coupled to an Automatic Flight Director System (AFDS).
