The Role
The Captain holds ultimate authority for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of every flight. Responsibilities include:

Ensuring the safety and security of crew, passengers, cargo, and the aircraft.

Exercising full command of the aircraft from taxi-out to final engine shutdown.

Providing leadership to the flight and cabin crew through effective decision-making and crew resource management.

Operating with efficiency in alignment with company fuel and sustainability policies.

Delivering consistent on-time performance to maintain operational reliability.
Compensation and Benefits

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the position of Captain (A320), applicants must meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 5,500 hours of total flying time.

Minimum of 2,500 PIC hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit aircraft (defined as an aircraft with a FMS coupled to APFDS).

Minimum of 1,500 PIC hours on the A320 Family.
-
Must have flown the A320 family within the last 12 months and maintain current status.

A320 type rating must be valid for a minimum of two months at the time of joining.

Unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL.

Unrestricted and current Class 1 medical certificate.
-
Must not have attained the age of 59 years on the day of joining.

English language fluency (written and verbal) at ICAO Level 4 or higher.

Note: For hours accumulated on flights with in-flight relief, 75% of total hours are counted toward the minimum requirements.

Possession of a current TRE/TRI certification is considered an advantage.
